Change of Mind
If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:
- Notify Us: Email us at hello@theflea.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Return Items: Return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
- Condition: The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. It must not be damaged, used, washed, marked, or altered in any way.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we offer refunds or replacements (if there is available stock) within 7 days of receipt. Here’s how to proceed:
- Contact Us: Email hello@theflea.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide Photos: Attach clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and courier label.
- Assessment: Once assessed, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
Important Notes
- Change of Mind Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We will not reimburse the original Shipping Fee.
- Lost Returns: We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked service with insurance.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We are unable to accept changes or cancellations to orders once they are placed. Please review product details and your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
- Restocking Fee: In exceptional cases where we allow a cancellation, a 5% restocking fee may apply.
