We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia, calculated at checkout based on the size and nature of your order:
- Small Homewares: $20
- Medium Homewares: $30
- Large Homewares: $40
- Small Furniture: $50
- Oversized & Fragile Items: $60
Free shipping is available on orders over $400. This excludes Oversized and Fragile Items.
Please note: Free shipping is not available during promotional or sale periods.
Dispatch Times
We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible and therefore aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. If your order is urgent, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
During promotional, launch, or sale periods, dispatch times may take longer due to high order volume. Rest assured, we work to get your order shipped as quickly as we can.
Non-Standard Delivery
If the actual cost to ship your order significantly exceeds the standard shipping rate charged at checkout, The Flea reserves the right to contact you prior to dispatch to discuss the options available. This may include a request for an additional shipping fee or, if preferred, cancellation of the order with a full refund issued.
Authority to Leave
If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier will leave it in a safe, undercover spot. If the area is not deemed secure, the driver may use discretion and not leave the parcel.
Order Cancellations and Refunds
- No Cancellations Based on Terms Review: We cannot accept cancellations for orders due to a failure to review our store terms and conditions. Please ensure you read all product descriptions, store policies, and your purchase summary thoroughly before checkout.
- Freight Delays: We do not accept cancellations or refunds due to delays caused by freight providers or third-party logistics services.
Delivery and Tracking
- Standard Shipping: We offer tracked courier delivery across Australia via Australia Post and Allied Express. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not see the email, please check your junk or spam folder.
- Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for misdirected orders due to incorrect addresses.
- If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or no safe place to leave the parcel, it may be returned to sender or redirected. The customer will be responsible for any associated fees.
